General Return Policy

All our dresses are made-to-order and custom-crafted to each client's individual measurements, style preferences, and specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we operate under a strict return and cancellation policy.

By placing an order with GELİNLİK21, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Custom Made & Made-to-Order Items — No Returns or Exchanges

All dresses produced by GELİNLİK21 are custom made to order. Once production has begun, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered.

The following are not accepted as grounds for return or cancellation:

  • Change of mind
  • Change in personal circumstances (weight change, wedding cancellation, etc.)
  • Dissatisfaction with color due to screen display differences
  • Sizing issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer
  • Delays in delivery caused by customs or shipping carriers

Eligibility for Return (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

A return may only be accepted if:

  1. The item received is materially different from what was ordered (wrong style, wrong color as produced — not screen variation)
  2. The item has a clear manufacturing defect (torn seams, broken structure, missing components)

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@gelinlik21.com.tr
  • Provide photographic and video evidence of the defect
  • Return the item unworn, with all original packaging and tags intact
  • Obtain written approval from us before shipping the item back

Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their expense.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet commenced. After this window, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances, as materials are sourced and production is initiated promptly.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@gelinlik21.com.tr with full photographic documentation.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on custom made items. Each dress is produced exclusively for the individual order.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union are advised that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made and personalized goods under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. All GELİNLİK21 dresses are made-to-order and personalized to individual specifications; therefore, they are exempt from this right.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, EU customers retain full rights under applicable consumer protection law, and we will resolve such cases promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a return has been formally approved by GELİNLİK21. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
